Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Clayton, North Carolina, United States; travel up to 10% of the time may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership teams and people managers on workforce strategy, HR processes, and business performance.
• Coach leaders and employees on talent management, performance reviews, development plans, employee relations, and performance interventions.
• Lead organizational and leadership development programs, change management, communications, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage employee engagement surveys and support team development planning.
• Drive local, corporate, and global HR projects, process improvements, training, and employee orientation programs.
• Promote hirify.global values, diversity, continuous improvement, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required; equivalent experience-based pathways may be considered.
• At least seven years of relevant HR generalist experience required; equivalent pathways require nine or eleven years depending on education.
• Experience with employment law, personnel policies, HR processes, business operations, and effective written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Experience organizing and implementing HR policies and programs that support employee relations and business goals.
• Previous management experience, HR IT systems knowledge, change management, and Lean Manufacturing experience are preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multi-shift manufacturing organization.
• Experience with organizational development, performance appraisal, staffing and workforce planning, employee opinion surveys, and problem resolution.
