What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and teams to understand priorities and deliver strategic HR solutions.
• Drive organizational change, culture development, team effectiveness, and organizational design initiatives.
• Develop talent strategies covering attraction, retention, development, engagement, internships, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Guide managers through performance reviews, talent management processes, compensation cycles, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and conduct thorough, objective investigations while reducing legal and compliance risks.
• Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends and influence strategic HR decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of successful experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and credibility with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, analytical skills, communication, and active listening.
• Proactive, self-directed approach and willingness to take on challenging assignments.

• Knowledge of the life sciences industry.
• Proficiency in Workday.
