Warehouse Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: 1638 Interstate Dr, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018, USA. Full-time onsite role, Monday–Friday from 12pm until finish; shifts may run longer depending on operations.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually based on experience, plus potential eligibility for a company bonus of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation for warehouse personnel.
• Allocate work to support efficient shipping schedules and oversee the safe handling and placement of food and goods.
• Manage inventory control, quarterly counts, annual audits, load sheet reviews, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager, Director, suppliers, logistics partners, and other business units.
• Monitor performance indicators, conduct Gemba walks, maintain 5S standards, and recommend process improvements.
• Enforce safety procedures, oversee drivers' pre-departure checks, and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college with equivalent experience is accepted, and a two-year degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience and 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, OSHA regulations, and Microsoft Office software.
• Must pass a background check every third year on the employment anniversary date.
• Must be able to stand or walk for 10–12 hours, access all facility areas, lift and move totes weighing up to 49 pounds, and work around loud machinery and temperatures of 33–38 degrees.
