Operations & Supply Chain Advisory, Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: Dallas, United States; approximately 50% travel required

Compensation: $94,400–$178,800 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead workstreams and day-to-day execution of operations and supply chain consulting engagements.
• Conduct operational assessments, process evaluations, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analyses.
• Develop data-driven recommendations, future-state processes, operating models, performance metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, risks, quality, budgets, and engagement economics.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and present findings, recommendations, and implementation considerations to leadership.
• Lead, coach, and review the work of associates and senior associates across multiple engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of management consulting or relevant industry experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or performance improvement.
• Experience leading client workstreams and complex transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment and mentor team members.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%.

Nice to have

• APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with ERP-enabled transformations involving SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled process automation, demand forecasting, optimization tools, and GenAI-based solutions.
• MBA or another advanced degree, or experience with private equity-backed portfolio companies and value creation initiatives.
