Sr. Global Supply Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 estimated annual base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own purchasing for direct materials used in spacecraft manufacturing.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies for key spacecraft components.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers.
• Manage strategic spend, budgets, direct-material contracts, and purchasing strategies.
• Identify suppliers and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.
• Manage material flow, including logistics and inventory within manufacturing facilities, while coordinating with production, program management, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or an equivalent business discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations.
• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and on-time delivery of goods and services.
• Strong analytical, presentation, decision-making, and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to analyze spend and purchasing data.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and customer engagements as needed.
