Sr. Global Operations Manager (Fulfillment & Outbound Logistics)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; onsite five days per week

Annual pay range: $160,000–$190,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the global 3PL network, including provider selection, contract negotiations, performance management, and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee inbound, warehouse, fulfillment, and outbound logistics across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Drive process improvements that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve service levels.
• Develop and monitor KPIs covering freight costs, inventory, order accuracy, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory deployment, distribution network optimization, and reverse logistics programs.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution, SOP adoption, supply chain systems implementation, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, including 5+ years managing 3PL partnerships.
• Experience overseeing global logistics and international supply chains across multiple regions.
• Strong background in warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, and distribution network management.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with cost reduction, process optimization, vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA accountability.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• APICS CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
