Business Management Director (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Full-time onsite role with approximately 25% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $189,000–$260,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award participation.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for the Business Management organization and manage managers across customers and regions.
• Forecast and deliver booking, revenue, gross margin, and market share commitments.
• Develop division strategies based on customer roadmaps, high-value programs, competitive analysis, and product priorities.
• Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, margin improvement, complex negotiations, and order-closure activities.
• Own management-level customer interactions and prepare content for Customer Technical Review Meetings.
• Present business results to business-unit management and manage multiple programs.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of business systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness applied to financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Strong senior-level negotiation, influence, communication, and audience-awareness skills.
