Executive Director (Senior Living)

Location: On-site in Park Ridge, Illinois, USA

Salary: USD 130,000–140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations as the primary executive and point of contact for staff, residents, families, prospects, agencies, and the public.
• Support resident retention, address resident and family concerns, and respond to inquiries and prospective residents.
• Manage occupancy, leases, community contacts, budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Hire, train, manage, discipline, and terminate employees in line with company policy.
• Maintain local, state, and federal community licenses and lead staff meetings.
• Represent the community in social, civic, state, and professional organizations while protecting resident rights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales and marketing or business management experience, preferably in senior housing.
• Strong communication, listening, and management skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff and switch between tasks quickly.
• Active driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Park Ridge, Illinois, USA.
