What you will do

• Lead profitability and growth for the medical business line or a defined part of it.
• Develop and implement programs and strategies aligned with the organization's mission and financial objectives.
• Identify target customers and strengthen relationships with customers and external authorities.
• Set short- and long-term plans, policies, objectives, and work plans for the area.
• Manage budgets, costs, staffing, resources, and business results.
• Build cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships, coach team members, and influence senior management decisions.

Requirements

• Functional expertise with in-depth department and company knowledge, plus relevant industry or business knowledge.
• Experience integrating work across departments and considering interdisciplinary and global business impacts.
• Ability to balance short- and long-term goals with financial, resource, and people considerations.
• Ability to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
• Availability to work in Santa Clara, United States.
