Director, Risk Evaluation Assurance (Risk Management)

Location: Omaha, FN Tower; onsite work required

Salary: $124,231–$211,194 base pay annually

What you will do

• Lead risk monitoring, risk-based testing, and business unit assurance programs for the Partnership and Credit divisions.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, internal audits, compliance testing, findings, responses, and remediation action plans.
• Oversee frontline quality assurance monitoring and modernize the QA program.
• Develop standardized testing, assurance, reporting, controls, and risk escalation processes.
• Prepare dashboards and regular or ad-hoc risk reports for senior leadership and the board of directors.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of risk monitoring professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, risk monitoring, risk-based testing, internal audit, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and industry standards.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Certified Risk Manager (CRCM), Certified Risk Professional (CERP), or an equivalent certification.
• Willingness to obtain a relevant certification within 24 months of accepting the role.
