AgDirect Quality Control Specialist

Salary: $64,770–$116,320 per year; incentive opportunity of 7.5%–15%

What you will do

• Perform quality control reviews across the AgDirect loan origination process, including verification, closing documents, legal entity documentation, and post-close files.
• Review high-risk application packages, document preparation, lien searches, UCC filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide final review and approval for loan disbursements by verifying signed documents, customer and asset eligibility, checks, wires, and ACH transactions.
• Review entity structures and documentation to identify authorized signers, partnering with Legal when needed.
• Act as an AgDirect subject matter expert in software, credit processes, loan administration, legal documents, scenario testing, and process design.
• Support audits, resolve customer issues, document processes, and recommend improvements that reduce risk and improve service quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lending or a related industry, or equivalent training and experience.
• Strong understanding of AgDirect processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of loan administration, credit processes, legal documents, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review entity documentation, identify authorized signers, and assess transaction eligibility.
• Four-year bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Must work from the Omaha, Nebraska location.
