First Line Risk Program Lead - Technology & Enterprise Operations

Location: Buffalo, New York, United States; four days onsite at Seneca One Buffalo and one day per week from home

Salary: $89,600–$149,300 annual USD

What you will do

• Oversee First Line Risk programs including RCSAs, control testing, issues management, and risk reporting.
• Advise Risk Advisors, managers, and leadership on risk methodologies, frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Establish and enhance governance, procedures, templates, quality standards, and program metrics.
• Review risk deliverables, control assessments, testing results, remediation plans, and issue management activities.
• Lead complex risk initiatives, special projects, regulatory responses, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Prepare executive presentations on risk exposures, control effectiveness, program performance, and emerging risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, or nine years of combined higher education and work experience including five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with risk management programs, control environments, risk assessments, testing, reporting, and issue remediation.
• Ability to translate enterprise and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
• Experience providing consultation, coaching, quality reviews, and oversight across business units.
• Ability to work onsite in Buffalo four days per week, with one remote workday.
