Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, in-person three days per week in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $230,000–$260,000 annual base salary, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building an AI-native outbound platform that helps revenue teams identify in-market buyers, enrich accounts from more than 40 data sources, and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, and success metrics with leadership.
• Turn complex platform primitives—including data, signals, actions, sequencing, and AI assistance—into clear mental models and intuitive workflows.
• Own a core product area end to end, from user needs and problem definition through systems, flows, interfaces, and delivery.
• Design AI-first workflows for prospecting, prioritization, personalization, and follow-through while keeping people central to the experience.
• Conduct regular user research with sales and marketing teams and feed insights into product development.
• Mentor designers and help establish product principles, design standards, systems, and critique practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Strong systems thinking and experience simplifying complex, technical products.
• Strategic and business-minded approach, with the ability to connect design decisions to user and business outcomes.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems, lead workstreams, and deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborative, self-driven, low-ego approach with strong communication and leadership-by-example skills.
• Availability to work in person three days per week in San Francisco or New York.
