Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Diego, California or Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $189,500–$256,000 in San Diego; $205,500–$278,000 in Mountain View, plus cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for an AI-powered Digital Assistant and Voice experience.
• Improve connections between customers and tax, bookkeeping, and accounting professionals.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to deliver platform synergies.
• Use customer insights, behavioral data, and rapid experimentation to prioritize product investments.
• Introduce capabilities from conversational AI, voice, and large language model technologies.
• Translate the platform vision into milestone-driven execution across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering consumer or enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience with applied AI, conversational AI, or voice experience platforms.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them through end-to-end delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AI and ML concepts, including large language models, conversational interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation, and intent classification.
• Strong data skills, including behavioral analysis, experimentation, and cohort analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
