Marketing Compliance Associate (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role in Denver, Colorado, United States

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually

Online gambling company operating a large-scale sports betting and streaming platform across multiple markets.

What you will do

• Help establish the North American marketing compliance function and build scalable internal processes.
• Add and organize advertising materials in the North America Asset Library and track campaign flight dates.
• Support asset approval workflows and verify that marketing materials complete required compliance procedures before launch.
• Consult with internal teams and external creative agencies on regulatory guidance and compliant campaign execution.
• Maintain current offer and Responsible Gaming disclaimers, marketing guides, compliance procedures, and regulator communications.
• Gather materials for regulator audits and lead internal audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or project management role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams, external agencies, and regulators.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage compliance processes for large teams.
• Availability for a hybrid work arrangement in Denver, Colorado, United States.
