AI Strategy & Operations Senior Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $171,000–$224,700 USD annually, with potential bonus and stock incentives.

What you will do

• Operationalize enterprise AI priorities with AI engineering, product, platform, security, data, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Build planning, prioritization, portfolio management, governance, executive reporting, and delivery-tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate complex cross-functional AI programs, roadmaps, operational rollouts, adoption tracking, and post-launch improvements.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, KPIs, implementation plans, and measurement frameworks for AI investments.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI transformation opportunities, vendors, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and innovation programs.
• Support change management, organizational readiness, communication planning, and enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, program management, product operations, or technology leadership.
• Strong experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs in complex technology organizations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, operational reviews, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, align stakeholders, and build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• Management consulting, technology strategy, PMO leadership, transformation office, or high-growth technology experience.
• AI expertise and demonstrated curiosity about emerging AI capabilities.
