Infrastructure & Capital Projects-Associate Director, Data Center Growth, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Nationwide, United States; hybrid work with primarily remote delivery and travel to client offices, project sites, and hirify.global locations as needed

What you will do

• Lead major client accounts or portfolios of data center and technically complex capital projects.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, business development, presentations, negotiations, and fee proposals.
• Oversee revenue, margins, accounts receivable, forecasting, resource planning, and delivery quality.
• Lead cost control, capital planning, procurement, commercial management, risk mitigation, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Lead quality reviews, post-project evaluations, KPI optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, quantity surveying, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects in data centers or comparable technically complex environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Experience managing project financial performance, commercial performance, resource planning, delivery quality, and business development support.
• Hybrid work requires travel to client offices, project sites, and hirify.global locations when needed.

Nice to have

• Owner-side leadership of large-scale data center construction programs or multiple major technically complex capital projects.
• Strategic account ownership and service expansion across a capital project portfolio.
• Experience with governance models, project controls standards, PMIS implementation, dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and AI.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• PMP, PE, CCM, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent credentials.
