Human Resources Director (iGaming)

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that improve performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead HR business partnering for Technology, UK Sports, and Flutter Hub teams, while supporting other UK-based business leaders.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and coordinate integrated solutions across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, Legal, Employee Relations, and People Analytics.
• Advise on organizational design, operating models, role clarity, capability requirements, decision rights, and ways of working.
• Support leaders and employees through organizational change, including alignment, communication, adoption, and accountability.
• Lead talent planning, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, succession, engagement, and organizational change activities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience, including direct partnership with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and practice, including disciplinary processes, collective consultations, and organizational redesign.
• Strong experience in organizational design, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to influence, coach, and constructively challenge senior leaders using sound judgment, data, and business context.
• Experience diagnosing complex people issues, evaluating trade-offs, and making clear recommendations.
• Experience managing or mentoring others, with broad HR expertise across talent, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, and risk.
