What you will do

• Lead large, ambiguous product initiatives across multiple teams, customer journeys, and business priorities.
• Connect design decisions to measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Insights, and leadership to shape product direction and strategic decisions.
• Improve interaction design, visual design, accessibility, design systems, and overall product quality.
• Establish AI-assisted design workflows grounded in customer insight, accessibility, engineering constraints, and responsible human judgment.
• Coach and mentor designers through feedback, pairing, critiques, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing complex digital experiences in cross-functional environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, product thinking, systems thinking, measurable customer impact, and design leadership.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, accessibility, prototyping, design systems, and product strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Experience using qualitative research, quantitative data, and experimentation insights to shape product strategy and evaluate outcomes.
• Strong judgment in applying and validating AI-assisted workflows across discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, documentation, and design execution.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with React Native, JavaScript or TypeScript, component-based UI, layout systems, and native mobile constraints.
