General Superintendent (Gas Power Generation)

Location: United States; extensive travel required, with one week working remotely from home per month

Salary: $152,527–$221,165 per year

What you will do

• Enforce Standard Work, including Work Methods, Work Instructions, Lessons Learned, Sequence, and Flow, across project sites.
• Partner with Quality and EHS teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with corporate, electrical, and site-specific safety programs.
• Provide technical consultation and training to site teams, Superintendents, and leadership personnel.
• Coordinate supervisory personnel, equipment resources, project progress, productivity, costs, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate supervisory competency, advancement potential, wages, and bonus reviews.
• Support recruitment, interviews, special construction assignments, and resolution of project or resource issues.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least seven years of experience leading and supervising construction teams, or demonstrated ability to develop construction supervisors.
• Experience training and developing Superintendents in Standard Work, safety, quality, Work Methods, Work Instructions, Lessons Learned, Sequence, and Flow.
• Understanding of OSHA construction regulations, job costing, production labor hours, and work reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools, plus a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
