Night Superintendent (Energy Construction)

Location: Remote, United States, supporting a project in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area

Salary: $92,000–$134,000 per year, plus benefits and potential performance incentives

What you will do

• Lead direct subcontractor workforce and oversee field operations, construction management activities, and site performance.
• Coordinate project execution with project management, engineering, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Manage critical path planning, sequencing, look-ahead schedules, work plans, and site logistics.
• Direct multiple construction scopes and subcontractors while maintaining schedule, productivity, quality, and cost targets.
• Enforce safety, quality control, contract, procurement, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve field issues, communicate project risks, and maintain subcontractor accountability and relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of mechanical and electrical construction experience in complex commercial or government environments.
• Ability to review confidential US security information.
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, cost control, building systems, OSHA standards, and federal construction requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale field operations, quality control, safety programs, and multiple concurrent scopes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and construction management tools.
