Location: Kemmerer, Wyoming, United States. This is a field-based role supporting a rural, schedule-critical power station project; travel required 0–10%.

Salary: $151,882–$202,509 per year.

What you will do

  • Manage subcontractor execution for mass excavation, grading, haul roads, laydown areas, earthworks, and underground utilities.
  • Coordinate the transition from civil and underground work to deep foundations, concrete placements, anchor bolts, and structural steel erection.
  • Manage schedules, three-week lookaheads, daily execution plans, cost performance, productivity, earned value, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction management, subcontractors, inspectors, and third-party stakeholders to resolve design and material-flow issues.
  • Coordinate union craft assignments, hiring hall dispatch, manpower forecasting, and labor relations with Wyoming Building Trades and regional locals.
  • Lead safety, quality control, inspection planning, turnover documentation, crane planning, lift studies, and rigging coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience managing civil, underground, and structural scopes on large industrial or power-generation projects.
  • Knowledge of union craft environments, hiring hall processes, and Wyoming Building Trades agreements.
  • Experience managing large crews, heavy equipment operations, complex structural work, and multiple subcontractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a rural, schedule-critical environment.
