Principal UI Designer (Sportsbook)

Location: Hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, or New York City

Salary: $148,000–$203,500 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs and market demand

What you will do

• Define the visual quality bar for the Sportsbook experience across iOS, Android and Web.
• Establish scalable principles for typography, color, hierarchy, layout, interaction, motion and system feedback.
• Partner with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Brand and Formation to shape product and visual direction.
• Explore emerging interaction models, AI capabilities and platform technologies through rapid concept development.
• Influence engineering implementation and ensure production quality reflects design intent.
• Coach designers through critique, pairing, workshops and hands-on craft leadership.

Requirements

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product visual design.
• Deep expertise in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, interaction design, motion design and visual storytelling.
• Experience defining scalable visual systems, reusable interaction patterns and design frameworks for large product ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, modern platform conventions and contemporary UI patterns across iOS, Android and Web.
• Proven ability to influence multiple teams and senior stakeholders without formal management responsibility.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and experience partnering with engineering on high-quality implementation.
