Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space. Development and office hubs are located across the United States.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year, with potential additional equity, bonuses, commission, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for enterprise readiness, including identity and access management, permissions, auditability, tenancy, data retention, and administrative controls.
• Own APIs, batch and real-time processing paths, integration surfaces, and the developer experience for teams building on the platform.
• Define performance, availability, scale, and resilience outcomes and partner with Engineering to deliver them.
• Translate security questionnaires, procurement reviews, compliance requirements, customer feedback, and deployment challenges into a prioritized product backlog.
• Write clear functional and non-functional requirements and maintain alignment through delivery.
• Work with Compliance, Delivery, Customer Success, and executive leadership to develop new platform solutions.

Requirements

• BS or MS in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of product management or associate product management experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or enterprise-facing products.
• Experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as SSO, SAML, SCIM, role-based access control, audit logging, multi-tenancy, entitlements, administrative tooling, or data retention and residency controls.
• Technical fluency with APIs, relational databases, SQL, API authentication, versioning, pagination, rate limiting, webhooks, and batch versus real-time processing.
• Experience using operational metrics such as latency, error rates, SLOs, capacity, and product usage to guide decisions.
• Ability to partner with Engineering and technical stakeholders, translate customer needs into requirements, and drive measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, enterprise security, SOC 2, or FedRAMP.
• Experience with single-tenant, VPC, or on-premise deployments; cloud infrastructure; data pipelines; or AI/ML and NLP-driven products.
