Founding Product Manager (AI)

Location: Paris, France; office-first and primarily in person

Salary: €80,000–€120,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Build and run the process connecting go-to-market signals, user feedback, problem shaping, and prioritization.
• Translate company priorities into trackable product, marketing, and operations initiatives.
• Qualify and synthesize customer feedback, sales calls, and internal discussions into clearly framed problems.
• Partner with engineers and designers to define initiatives with objectives, KPIs, and scope.
• Track outcomes after launch and feed results into future product decisions.
• Improve coordination across Marketing, Communications, GTM, and Product while owning cross-functional outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product experience, including experience at an early-stage company building processes from scratch.
• Senior individual contributor and builder mentality with the ability to establish the product practice while remaining hands-on.
• Strong product judgment, information synthesis, communication, and technical understanding of systems and trade-offs.
• Fluent use of AI tools and comfort operating in an environment where everyone builds.
• Ability to influence through sound judgment and operate with distributed authority.
• Willingness to work in person from the Paris office within an office-first culture.
