Senior Account Executive (Healthcare Advertising)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $65,000–$92,000 USD annually, plus discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain day-to-day client relationships.
• Present and defend strategic and tactical agency recommendations.
• Contribute to marketing strategies, communications plans, and media plans.
• Coordinate partnerships between internal departments and guide Account Executives through clear goals and feedback.
• Prepare job budgets, approve internal budgets, and allocate hours across the team.
• Ensure tactics are strategically executed and represent the account team with senior agency leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of healthcare marketing or advertising agency experience.
• Experience understanding client objectives, target patient audiences, and healthcare professional audiences.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
