Senior Finance Analyst, Orthopedics Inventory Management (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States; or Cork, Ireland. The role includes approximately 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 per year

What you will do

• Support cost and cash flow optimization through inventory management, with a focus on excess and obsolete inventory.
• Partner with regional, global, Supply Chain, and Commercial Finance teams to establish inventory analytics and governance.
• Improve financial processes and use data-driven insights to influence business leadership decisions.
• Lead the monthly and quarterly close process for excess and obsolete inventory, including calculations, documentation, analytics, and presentations.
• Monitor P&L outcomes, data integrity, compliance, and financial requirements.
• Develop financial forecasting scenarios and ad hoc analyses to anticipate business impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and US GAAP financial procedures.
• Experience managing priorities, collaborating across functions, and influencing decisions with data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Good knowledge of SAP and JDE, with effective communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency is required, and the role is based in the United States or Ireland.
