Software Development Engineer in Test (AI)

Location: US - Remote

Salary: $103,300–$133,850 annual base salary, plus a target annual bonus of 10%.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases.
• Design and implement manual and automated tests across unit, component, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks for feature testing and AI-driven product workflows.
• Develop and maintain UI and API automation using Python, JavaScript, Selenium, pytest, and Playwright.
• Conduct performance and load testing, create Allure reports, and report regressions to development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and UX in an autonomous cross-functional agile team.

Requirements

• BS, BE, or BTech in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or in an equivalent role.
• Strong Python and JavaScript skills for test automation, with experience in pytest, Selenium, Playwright, and automation framework development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing pyramid concepts, plus experience with Git and CI/CD systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Unix/Linux/macOS environments, Bash, microservices, and complex SQL queries.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with applicable U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with Locust, AI products with non-deterministic behavior, PowerShell, Ansible playbooks, GitLab CI, Jenkins, GCP, or Azure.
