Sr. Staff Manager, Product Engineering (High-Speed Connectivity)

Salary: $143,560–$215,000 per annum, plus bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a product engineering team across multiple sites and regions.
• Oversee concurrent NPI programs for PAM4 and Coherent DSP datacenter connectivity products, from silicon bring-up through mass production.
• Direct DFT validation, test methodology development, engineering sample delivery, and product-readiness reviews.
• Drive yield characterization, root cause analysis, test correlation, and continuous improvement across wafer sort, bench, and final test.
• Partner with operations and supply chain to scale production, qualify alternate sources, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Align priorities, resources, business plans, and cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience in product engineering, device physics, and end-to-end NPI.
• 3+ years of people management experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in PAM4 DSP, Coherent DSP, or equivalent high-speed connectivity technologies, including silicon bring-up, yield optimization, and test strategy.
• Knowledge of yield analysis, GR&R, Cp, Cpk, statistical data analysis, ATE concepts, test handlers, and wafer probers.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; applicants may need eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology and may be subject to export license review.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced technology nodes of 10nm and below.
• Experience with Advantest 93K, UltraFlex, 200G/400G/800G PAM4, or 100G/400G Coherent interfaces.
