Senior Engagement Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - US; applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel: 20–25%.

Salary: $104,368–$156,551 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead multiple healthcare product implementation projects with cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Act as the client-facing partner, facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, requirements gathering, and roadmap planning.
• Coordinate implementation, service delivery, product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, quality standards, and change requests.
• Prepare status reporting, maintain project documentation, support escalations, and ensure requests and decisions reach closure.
• Drive customer adoption, continuous improvement, change management, and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of IT project management experience, including four years in software implementation.
• Healthcare experience is preferred, particularly in healthcare payer environments involving claims processing and payment operations.
• Experience with project management principles, SDLC-based delivery, scope and risk management, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and structured problem-solving.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship and other immigration support are not available.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office project tools.
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare IT systems, product adoption, deployment environments, and payment operations.
• Experience with conflict resolution, resource allocation, prioritization, root cause analysis, and business impact assessment.
