Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; Florianópolis HQ available for optional office use

What you will do

• Coordinate two parallel software QA and engineering workstreams against a 12-week delivery schedule.
• Run project kickoffs, weekly working sessions, and written status updates with client counterparts.
• Track defects, dependencies, environments, credentials, and access across GitHub Issues, Linear, and Jira.
• Maintain visibility of the CI-based freeze and audit gate, escalating risks and schedule impacts early.
• Prepare consolidated readiness summaries and findings hand-offs for executive review.

Requirements

• Experience managing software QA, testing, or engineering delivery engagements.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across parallel teams and translate status for client audiences.
• Fluency with GitHub Issues, Linear, Jira, and CI-based workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong dependency, risk, and client communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience running nearshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Exposure to security, real-money, or fintech engagements.
• Familiarity with gated go/no-go decisions and evidence-based acceptance.
