What you will do

• Lead complex insurance consulting engagements across multidisciplinary teams and major client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions.
• Shape strategic change agendas spanning business and IT transformations.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue growth, and fee negotiations.
• Oversee engagement design and delivery while managing utilization, margins, risks, customer satisfaction, and backlog growth.
• Develop talent, thought leadership, innovation, and industry presence.

Requirements

• Extensive client engagement and relationship management experience at the CXO level.
• Proven experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Experience commercializing senior-executive relationships and supporting high-value business development.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated innovation and change leadership.
• Fluent French and English language skills are required.
