Solution Consultant - Germany (Enterprise Planning): Shaping planning solutions for prospects and customers through discovery, customized product demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations with an accent on business analysis, financial modeling, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on developing solution hypotheses, troubleshooting complex planning needs, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Location: Germany; hybrid workplace with travel up to 25% of the time

What you will do

  • Discover prospects’ and customers’ planning challenges, business goals, and future vision.
  • Develop solution hypotheses and demonstrate how hirify.global can improve planning strategies.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations addressing a range of business concerns.
  • Lead workshops on planning, reporting, and collaboration processes for stakeholder and executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to address prospect needs and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or administering enterprise planning or modeling technology, or prior pre-sales experience in enterprise planning or business process management.
  • Background or degree in finance, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels of authority.
  • Experience with business analysis and financial modeling in CPG, retail, or life sciences.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Germany and travel up to 25% of the time.
