Growth Director, Market Development (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead capability innovation, market development, solution development, solution design, and implementation planning across multiple topic areas.
• Manage direct reports, team workstreams, budgets, cross-charging, and team-level growth outcomes.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide growth strategy and influence executive investment priorities and strategic direction.
• Direct resources toward high-impact opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Present subject-matter expertise to clients, partners, executives, and industry forums with limited preparation.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and accountability across the team.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering programs or energy and environmental consulting and management services.
• Leadership experience in energy program design and expertise working directly with utilities in regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present team results and goal attainment to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of the capabilities required to deliver contracted work and ability to contribute as a subject-matter expert.
• Experience crafting narratives for growth initiatives and presenting as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada or the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
