Energy Supply Chain Consultant (Graduate, 2027) - Calgary

Location: Calgary, Canada; hybrid work with a minimum of two office days per week. The role requires 60–80% travel.

What you will do

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and turn findings into recommendations for procurement and capital project decisions.
• Conduct market research on supply and demand factors affecting energy clients.
• Support bidding processes, pricing analysis, bidder communications, negotiations, and contract implementation.
• Use Energy Intelligence Platform tools to analyze spend, build cost models, forecast escalation, and manage eSourcing events.
• Coordinate with client supply chain stakeholders and support the delivery of consulting projects.
• Build client relationships and contribute to onboarding new Consultants.

Requirements

• Applicable bachelor's degree in engineering, science, supply chain, business, quantitative, statistical, energy, or economics-related studies, or a relevant professional qualification.
• Be in the final year of study; the role starts in September 2027.
• Internship or co-op experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or engineering is required; Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in team-oriented environments, stay organized and detail-oriented, and develop subject-matter expertise.
• Must have the legal right to work in Canada; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
