Solution Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Vancouver, Canada

Salary: CAD 126,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead solution consulting activities for client projects and support capability development for junior team members.
• Define customer propositions, product requirements, project scope, solution designs, and joint target operating models.
• Configure the hirify.global Platform and deliver the Model Wealth Solution configuration process for new implementations.
• Design platform integrations and document bespoke customer requirements as the solution owner.
• Provide business transformation consulting, customer training, knowledge transfer, and implementation support.
• Review solution documentation, conduct functional reviews and TDD walkthroughs, verify defects, and support compliant delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a delivery or consulting environment within financial services or wealth management.
• Experience in business analysis, consulting, or architecture, with strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, or pension products and relevant financial markets.
• Understanding of the Canadian regulatory environment and upcoming regulatory changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• A first-class degree or equivalent experience, with intermediate computer skills and a self-directed, delivery-focused working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with trading systems, order management systems, corporate actions, or market data.
• Experience establishing continuous improvement environments and developing team capability.
