What you will do

• Lead capability innovation, portfolio-level growth strategy, and multiple team workstreams.
• Manage subject-matter expertise and thought leadership across market development, solution development, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Manage team budgets, costs, cross-charging, goals, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide growth strategy and influence executive investment priorities.
• Build strategic partnerships and deliver client, partner, and industry presentations.
• Direct resources toward high-impact opportunities and promote data-driven accountability.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering programs or energy and environmental consulting services.
• Leadership experience in energy program design and expertise working directly with utilities in regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present results and goal attainment to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of capabilities required to deliver contracted work and contribute as a subject-matter expert.
• Experience developing narratives for growth projects and presenting as a thought leader to internal and external stakeholders.
