What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic change agendas for major banking clients.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue growth, and margin management.
• Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage risk, and oversee delivery across pre-deal and post-deal activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, support talent development, and promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Shape strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and industry-facing innovation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.
• Proven ability to commercialize relationships with senior executives and lead complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, and supporting high-value business development.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
• English language knowledge is required for regular collaboration with stakeholders across Canada, the United States, and international locations.
