2nd Shift Production Operator

Location: Onsite in Blacksburg, Virginia, United States

Salary: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, plus a second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Complete basic assembly operations using manufacturing documentation.
• Perform electrical testing with automated test equipment.
• Solder, read blueprints, and use microscopes.
• Store, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and chemicals; verify calibration dates and seals.
• Complete accurate paperwork for each part.
• Perform minor rework according to standard procedures, quality history tag instructions, and rework routers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or the demonstrated ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions or training in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Blacksburg, Virginia, on the second shift.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Quality-conscious approach, mechanical aptitude, and good dexterity.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.
