Mechanical Assembler - Weekend Shift

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite work in explosive handling areas.

Salary: $16.11–$29.86 per hour

What you will do

• Perform production assembly operations on components, subassemblies, and units.
• Weigh and press inert and energetic materials using analytical balances and powder presses.
• Complete inert assembly, cabling, potting, tinning, soldering, and subassembly installation.
• Use visual aids, drawings, and written and verbal instructions to assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble products.
• Work under direct supervision while maintaining safe handling practices for explosive devices.
• Attend offsite training when required to maintain certification requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required for government contractual and export-control purposes.
• English proficiency sufficient to understand, speak, read, and write English is required.
• At least one year of industry assembly experience.
• Soldering experience.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and demonstrate proficient dexterity.
• No formal education is required for this position.
