Location: Forest, Virginia, USA; on-site industrial machinery assembly.

Base salary: $21.50–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for industrial machinery.
• Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, bolt, and secure machinery parts.
• Align and adjust components to ensure proper fit and functionality.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience assembling industrial machinery or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery assembly processes.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Technical certification in mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
