Cell Technician - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Faribault, Minnesota, United States; onsite plant-floor work

Salary: $19.00–$21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour second-shift premium

What you will do

• Set up and program equipment according to the daily production schedule.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts or other powered industrial equipment.
• Track work-center data through computer systems and communication boards.
• Train and coach work-center employees using standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, 6S, and housekeeping standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate support, and communicate with shift leadership and other shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift less than 50 pounds, frequently carry less than 25 pounds, and stand or walk regularly.
• Availability for the second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
