Channel Manager (UK MNC & MNC Desk): Driving commercial performance across UK multinational and multinational customer accounts with an accent on acquisition, retention, customer lifecycle value, and channel financial results. Focus on translating commercial priorities into execution plans, optimizing revenue and margins, analyzing churn and usage trends, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
Location: Newbury, United Kingdom. Hybrid working requires attendance at the office 2–3 days per week, with at least 8 office days per month.

What you will do
- Manage performance across a defined portfolio of UK MNC and MNC Desk accounts, supporting acquisition, retention and in-life value growth.
- Translate commercial priorities into execution plans and coordinate trading plans, proposition launches and commercial initiatives.
- Manage new business, renewals, retention activity and customer lifecycle performance.
- Monitor channel performance, identify risks and opportunities, and improve revenue, margin and customer value outcomes.
- Oversee customer P&L performance, forecasting, governance, commissions and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Trading, Channel Management, GTM, CVM, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations teams to deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- Experience in channel management, sales performance management or commercial account management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with financial metrics, forecasts, revenue targets and margin objectives.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to identify and address risks.
- Confident communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work at pace and balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
