What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products and solutions that improve financial wellbeing.
• Drive outbound calling, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences and community partnerships.
• Resolve customer issues using product and procedural knowledge while managing branch risks and daily operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
