Financial Relationship Banker

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship growth through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal partnerships.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and deposit products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort using online and mobile banking technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One or more years of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, or business-to-business sales.
