Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Chicago, Illinois; up to 30% travel. Occasional duties outside standard working hours may be required to support multiple time zones.

Base salary: $184,100–$240,000 USD per year, plus eligible incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Help customers understand the value of the telemetry platform during the sales process.
• Demonstrate the product and answer technical questions during initial sales calls.
• Support customers through proof-of-concept sessions.
• Document customer use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel for customer and business needs, up to 30%.

Requirements

• Live in Chicago, Illinois.
• Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support.
• Experience working remotely.
• Ability to explore the product and provide feedback.
