Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Pay: $182,600–$295,350 annually, depending on US geographic pay zone and location.

What you will do

• Lead customer evaluations, implementations, and adoption of AgentControl, supporting activation and churn prevention.
• Build integrations, architecture diagrams, whitepapers, tutorials, technical content, and customized product demonstrations.
• Develop Solutions Engineering playbooks, best practices, competitor materials, and enablement programs with AI specialists and cross-functional teams.
• Collect customer and market feedback, monitor product performance and user experience, and inform the AgentControl roadmap.
• Support technical partnerships and publicly present AgentControl through conferences, webinars, and strategic engagements.
• Lead proofs of value to validate technical wins and support revenue generation with major customers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building, implementing, or selling AI applications at scale.
• Experience building multi-agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
• Hands-on experience evaluating AI agent performance at scale using automated evaluation methods.
• Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and transformer architecture, including the concepts covered in “Attention is All You Need.”
• Experience building or integrating MCP servers, strong Python skills, and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Typically 12 or more years of related experience, with strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to communicate complex technology to technical audiences.
