What you will do

• Design and deploy production-level ML and AI architectures on the Databricks unified platform.
• Build AI agents, automated end-to-end pipelines, and optimized model training and inference workflows.
• Implement enterprise Generative AI solutions using RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
• Build and maintain scalable customer AI workloads using MLOps practices across multiple industries.
• Support Solutions Architects and prospects during technical pre-sales, covering feature engineering, model tracking, serving, and monitoring.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in ML Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Experience building cloud infrastructure for production ML applications and drift monitoring on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, fine-tuning, AI guardrails, and tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Understanding of lakehouse architectures, Delta Lake, data modeling, and BI integration across major cloud platforms.
• Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience; ability to travel up to 30% and complete role-specific milestones within the first six months.
