Solution Consultant, Supply Chain - Germany (AI)

Location: Germany; hybrid workplace. Travel up to 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to shape prospect and client visions for supply chain planning.
• Discover challenges across demand forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory, capacity, and supply planning.
• Create tailored product demonstrations covering scenario modeling and supply chain–finance alignment.
• Facilitate discovery and visioning workshops with supply chain and finance stakeholders.
• Present proposed solutions to executive audiences, including VP Supply Chain, CFO, and COO stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to represent market needs and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven pre-sales experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role with enterprise planning tools.
• Strong supply chain domain knowledge, including S&OP/IBP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, or supply network planning.
• Background or degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex planning challenges into clear demonstrations for operational and executive audiences.
• Experience engaging supply chain, operations, finance, and C-level stakeholders in the same deal cycle.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Board.
