Technical Project Manager (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; flexible hybrid

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end execution of technical and data-related projects across hirify.global’s game portfolio.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Analytics, Revenue Operations, game teams, and external partners.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while communicating status and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain documentation covering technical processes, data flows, reporting requirements, and best practices in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate measurement, tracking, reporting, data quality, governance, and compliance activities.
• Support performance analysis and continuous improvement of workflows and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
• Experience working with software development, data, or analytics teams and managing projects.
• Strong communication, organisation, stakeholder management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort translating technical and analytical concepts into clear guidance for different audiences.
• English-language résumé/CV required.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile gaming, digital products, marketing analytics, monetisation, or revenue operations.
